Prayer for the Week: Physical Healing
Lord, I pray for healing in my body. I pray that you cleanse me of anything that is not of you. You are the Ultimate Physician and know exactly what’s wrong with my health. I pray You speak to that place within me now in the Mighty Name of Jesus Christ. Lord, help me to feel better quickly so I can continue to work for You. I pray for healing in my body, spirit, and soul.
Lord, I pray in my suffering I will not forget You are here with me. You have not left me or forgotten about me. During this time of feeling sick, I will focus on You rather than the time it will take to get better. You see everything Lord and even though I may not know why I am suffering right now I know that You have my best interest in mind. I will not lose faith and if there is a time where it feels too much I will be honest with my feelings and lay them at Your feet. I will continue to praise Your name O Lord.
I thank You Lord for all the days I was well and I ask for guidance and direction when my days of healing allow me to do Your work. It is during these times of sickness I am able to appreciate being healthy. I will do what it takes to take care of my body so it can be stronger and the chances of illness will not be so high.
I pray all these things in Jesus’ Mighty Name, Amen!
“My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever” (Psalm 73:26).
“Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the LORD your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you” (Deut. 31:6).
“Is anyone among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord. And the prayer of faith will save the one who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up…” (James 5:14-15).
Jesus, family, ministry, and lots of coffee! My heart comes from being a young teen girl who didn’t know much and found Jesus in a dark time. My ministry focuses on the heart of God for this generation to make Godly decisions especially in the area of purity. A blog for all ages because God’s Word is eternal and has no age limit!
